I was raised on the shores of the Elbow river and it has crafted how I interact with the world. I seek to connect Calgarians with our rivers through regular water rambles. A mix of deep ecology, forest bathing and environmental stewardship.

Natural Apothecary

An eternal student of the woods, aways deepening my relationship with the plants and ecosystems around me. I am a careful crafter of natural plant medicines in the forms of salves, tea blends and tinctures.
